My parents and I stayed here for the second year in a row. The landlady is as gracious, helpful, reliable, embracing and generous as ever, and the place is still comfortable and clean with all amenities available. A home and family feeling and still enjoying the vacation.

Exceptional

The landlady is gracious and very generous. The apartment is fully equipped, very spacious and comfortable. In the vicinity a bakery and Lidl. The old town is couple of minutes by car.

The house is located between the airport and Zadar, in a residential area just outside the city. The apartment looked newly built, or a well-restored one, with large rooms, bright and comfy. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 bedrooms.

Rigtig dejlig lejlighed hos venlig vært.

Rigtig fin lejlighed med god plads til en familie på 4. Lejligheden havde alt, hvad man har behov for. Det var specielt rart med en vaskemaskine, da vi var der i 12 dage. Ude foran lejligheden var en fin terrasse med bord og stole. Der er parkering foran lejligheden og gode indkøbsmuligheder i gå afstand til lejligheden. Værterne var utroligt søde og bød os velkommen med hjemmelavet frugtgrød og vin. Lejligheden ligger i et lokalt miljø og i gå afstand til gode restauranter.

Der var en smule byggestøj fra naboerne fra ca. Kl.8 i hverdagene, dette var dog ikke forstyrrende for os.

היינו שני זוגות, בחדר אחד יש מיטה זוגית גדולה ובחדר השני חיברנו את שתי מיטות היחיד לא הכי נוח כי יש באמצע מרווח. הניקיון ברמה מאוד גבוהה , המטבח מאובזר ויש בו הכל, בעלת הבית אישה מאוד נחמדה ומסבירה פנים אפילו השאירה לנו בסיום שי למזכרת. הדירה ממוקמת כ- 10 דק מהעיר העתיקה ויחסית קרובה לאטרקציות. סביב זאדאר, עד שעתיים נסיעה. לא רחוק נמצא סופר מרקט lidel ומאפייה .בדירה מכונת כביסה מאוד יעיל. דירה נוחה ומומלצת מאוד, יש חנייה צמודה, חשוב מאוד למי שמשכיר רכב.

Fantastico appartamento in zona tranquilla

Appartamento molto spazioso provvisto di portico con tavolo e panche dove poter mangiare con vista su Zara e il mare. Appartamento molto pulito e accogliente! Letti comodi, arredamenti molto ben tenuti. Presenza di lavatrice e phon. Un plus le zanzariere e l'aria condizionata nella camera matrimoniale (oltre che in soggiorno/cucina) 😊 in zona molto tranquilla e residenziale, non troppo vicina al centro (10 minuti in macchina) ma con la macchina non ci sono problemi. Un buon punto di partenza per esplorare i paesini e le spiagge. Un ringraziamento particolare alla proprietaria, molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Si nota l'attenzione e la passione che dedica! Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana, consigliamo!!

Mancavano balconi o tapparelle per oscurare, ci sono tende scure che però dalle 5 fanno entrare un po' di luce. Dopo i primi giorni però poi ci siamo abituati 😊 Aria condizionata non presente nella cameretta. Gli aspetti positivi prevalgono sicuramente sui pochi negativi, consigliamo l'appartamento!
