Dirty rooms. Very noisy. And poor staff.

The rooms were extremely dirty. The staff were unresponsive. The location was very noisy. The pictures are completely misleading. They have uploaded edited pictures whereas the reality is quite different.

Paid 793 on the link rec'd frm fab hotels but neither fab hotels nor hotels are agreeing in the recipt even after 24 hours of time passage. Hotels says that they are not linked to fab hotels any more but readily accepted the bookings. Even worse they are not agreeing on reconciliation and wants the payment to be made and not allowing to checkout.

Hotel is not at all close to what is shown in the pics.

Disappointing

The room wasn't clean and was very dusty. Bedsheets, pillowcases etc. looked very dirty. Had to make them change the bedsheets and clean the toilets. No toiletries were provided except towels. The window's lock was broken and couldn't close it properly. Other facilities such as TV was also not recharged by the hotel. Expected more from fabhotel as they usually provide good services.

Bad Experience and too much Dissappointment

Only thing that they allowed me to keep my luggage without any charges.

Bad location, entrance is a mess, bad lift service, no mineral drinking water, dirty rooms with used linen and mattress, cigrates in the corners of the room, used washroom with dirty WC. I wish i had booked some where else . Total loss of money.
