A little bit old. But big and worth the money. Unfortunately the owners did not gave us detergent, handsoap or toilet paper. "We have to buy it for that cheap price". The heating was not good enough for us, it was very cold in the sleeping rooms. We told them twice but nothing happens. "Outdoor temperatures are to warm" (5 degrees and it is winter?!) Fortunately there is an oven in the living room (not self use) so it was okay but not more. My wife was still freezing. The owners start the oven at about 4:30 pm, so it you stay a day at home you have to tell it so the owners. The dishwasher is very old and not working good, every second plate was dirty after cleaning- it has to be replaced. The point with the little heat is the worst. We told everything to the owners when we left and we believe they will change it for next guests.

The bedrooms are normal in size and there is enough room in the whole house for your luggage to mountains.The cottage was very well cleaned by the hostess. We do not see often!

The cottage is okay, but the seating and beds of one of the bedrooms are very hard. The douce is small and awkward but is good enough. The setting is beautiful, with cable cars and many walking routes nearby.

Unfortunately, we did not have as much luck with the weather and to the chagrin of all our children were still sick. The apartment is easily accessible, with snowfall it is recommended that the tire to have on hand. You can conveniently park directly at the house. The living room has a wood stove, which makes it nice and warm at night. Otherwise the apartment for the competitive price was okay.

We really enjoyed the area and many beautiful trips done. Lots to do in the area. Very neat and tidy home. Nice terrace with plenty of grass for the kids. Small bathroom with an inward opening door impractical, but very clean. Dishwasher is very convenient. Fully equipped kitchen so you can cook very well yourself.

Our experience in house "Knabl" was a great experience. The hostess was very friendly and helpful in planning our wandeltochten.De first days were very cold, it has on the day of arrival even snowed in the mountains but a half weeks later we all routes to walk. Beautiful walks and made use of the lifts and public transport by purchasing a card Otztal. It is worth waard.Onze two weeks vacation ended with 37 degrees and 32 degrees in the schaduw.Renate thanks for the gastvrijheid.Groet Ruud, Marlies and Tineke from Lichtenvoorde.

Die Wohnung bei Knabls ist sehr sachlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Informationsbroschüren über mögliche Aktivitäten in den Umgebung liegen aus. Frau Knabl ist freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Der Sitzplatz draußen ist überdacht, sodass man auch im regen draußen sitzen kann. Wir hatten schöne, entspannte Tage. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Handtücher sollten zum Angebot dazugehören, da sie im Gepäck immer viel Platz wegnehmen.

Wij zijn net terug van onze vakantie in Sautens. Het verblijf was echt perfect voor ons. Mooie grote slaapkamers met fijne bedden. Badkamer is aan de kleine kant, maar wel fijn dat het toilet apart is. Aparte keuken met fijne oven en alles aanwezig. De gastvrouw is heel lief en behulpzaam. Ze maakt iedere dag het vuurtje aan zodat het huis heerlijk warm was. Het skiën in Oetz was heerlijk. De lessen waren perfect verzorgd door Fischer Skischule! Ook het gebruik van het depot van Intersport is super fijn. Kortom echt een TOPvakantie! Verblijf is 10 minuutjes rijden van de gondel (of met de skibus), prima te doen! In de buurt is een heerlijk restaurant (en betaalbaar!).

Vooral zeer nette woning, enigszins afgelegen aan het uiteinde van het schattig, maar eveneens zeer verzorgd dorpje Sautens, met zijn idyllische steegjes. Zeer rustig gelegen met prachtig zicht op de bergen. Groot terras aan de voordeur waar het heerlijk vertoeven is bij mooi weer. Vriendelijk ontvangst van Mevr Knabl en zeer behulpzaam bij eventuele kleine probleempjes. Er was een ruim aanbod van wandelkaarten en activiteiten van het Oetztal voorzien, wat zeer handig was in het uitzoeken van wandelingen. Ruime comfortabele parking (geäsfalteerd) aan de woning. Samengevat : een aanrader.

Prachtige omgeving met bergen en genoeg te doen in de omgeving (zwemmen, wandelen, rodelen, klimmen, dorpjes, Innsbruck. Het huis zelf is groot: de bewoners bewonen zelf de eerste verdieping en de onderste verdieping is het vakantiehuis. De gastvrouw is erg aanwezig: ze kwam regelmatig met verzoeken om bijvoorbeeld het raam vaker op te doen. Toen onze kinderen op een dag wat luidruchtig speelden na het eten (net als de meeste andere dagen waren we de hele dag op pad geweest), stond ze zonder te kloppen in de woonkamer om op zeer hoge toon aan te geven dat het ´geen speeltuin was´ en dat ze stil moesten speelden. Ze maakten op dat moment echt niet heel veel herrie en het was 7 uur in de avond. Ik zou dit huis dan ook niet aanraden aan gezinnen met kinderen.

We waren een 1,5 uur te vroeg bij de bestemming maar werden verzocht om nog iets te gaan lunchen of boodschappen doen omdat de huiseigenaar zei nog niet klaar te zijn met het verblijf. De accommodatie ziet er netjes uit en is goed onderhouden. De douche is aan de kleine kant. Het woongedeelte is niet heel comfortabel. De omgeving is mooi en heel rustig.

Huis zelf wat aan de oudere kant wat betreft de inrichting, maar alles is aanwezig. Minpunten: heel kleine badkamer en harde bedden. Maar in het algemeen een aangenaam verblijf gehad.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse. Het appartement was niet zo groot , maar alles was er aanwezig. In een slaapkamer waren de bedden wel erg hard. Het was ook heel erg schoon en rustig. De omgeving is ook erg mooi. Vanuit het huis zit je zo in het bos. In het Otztal is voldoende te doen , voor wandelaars, maar ook voor gezinnen met kinderen. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Familie van Dongen

Haus Knabl is een perfecte en zeer ruime woning. Erg netjes ingericht en bij aankomst zeer schoon. Een klein min puntje is de douche deze is klein maar dit is dan ook het enige minpuntje, verder fantastisch en een echt aanrader. Omgeving is heel erg mooi. De huiseigenaar is zeer behulpzaam met tips voor de omgeving en is bijzonder aardig.

Aardige huiseigenaren. Ligging tot de piste, perfect, binnen 5 a 8 minuten te bereiken met de auto. Makkelijk aan te rijden.
