Our comfortable vacation apartment (60 m²) is suitable for 2–4 people.
It consists of 1 bedroom with 3 beds (1 double bed and 1 single bed) and 1 bathroom (shower/toilet). The spacious kitchen-living area, featuring separate kitchen and living sections as well as a terrace, is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and oven... There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area.
Parking spaces, a garden with a lawn for sunbathing, and a small playground are, of course, available free of charge.
At the valley station of the Hochzeiger Bergbahnen, we have rented a ski and boot storage area for our guests, which you can use free of charge.
You are also welcome to purchase farm-fresh products.

Our house is located just outside Arzl in a quiet and sunny spot on the edge of the forest, yet only a 3-minute walk from the village center. (Hiking and ski bus stop, ice rink, shopping, restaurant, etc.) Parking, a garden with a lawn for sunbathing, and a small playground are, of course, available free of charge. At the valley station of the Hochzeiger Bergbahnen, we’ve rented a ski and boot storage area for our guests, which you can use free of charge. You’re also welcome to purchase products from our farm. On-site costs: Pitztal Summer Card: As a partner of the Pitztal Summer Card, from June through October, starting with your first night, you’ll enjoy free access to 16 attractions and 4 bonus partners—including mountain railways in the Pitztal valley and surrounding areas, as well as other admissions.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 9:00 AM.
