About this apartment rental
Beautiful Exotic / Nordic Design Studio of 36 m2, completely renovated in April 2018., in one of the most famous urbanizations of Benalmádena Costa, with frontal views to the swimming pools with slides and waterfalls, and lateral to the sea. Very bright (afternoon sun)
Within walking distance of the beach (400 m) and next to the fantastic Parque de la Paloma and the famous Plaza de Bonanza.
The center of Arroyo de la miel and commuter train is only 500 meters away.
Pool open all year.
Accommodation
The studio has been completely renovated with an exotic design and Nordic / vintage decoration, as well as high quality elements that make a difference, designed for the most demanding guests.
It has a double bed with high-end mattress, as well as visco-elastic pillows for a good rest. It is possible to request an extra bed for a third guest, with prior notice and subject to an additional payment. Possibility of cradle for baby with additional payment.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and other utensils.
- Iron and ironing board.
- Built-in wardrobes.
- LED TV 43 "with Smart TV, with both Spanish and foreign channels. Possibility of connecting HBO and NETFLIX accounts.
- Bathroom / toilet with large 140 cm shower tray, with 50l electric thermos. Includes hair dryer.
- Terrace with wonderful frontal views to the pools and side to the sea, with afternoon sun. It has a comfortable 2-seater sofa and table set and two chairs.
- Air conditioning cold / heat without additional cost, with moderate consumption.
- High-speed fiber WiFi 50 mb, private and free during the entire stay.

i have stopped in this area and building before its right beside bonanza square whith its bars restaurant .the train station and beach 10 -15 walk .the studio was of a modern design which Francisco zavior had done well maybe more importantly for the modern world it had wfi and satellite and just to add to the worderfull studio Francisco and zavior were good and I got plenty of winter sun not sure if they can order it every time
