The newly-built villa and 'situated less than 500 meters from the beach of Pescoluse one of the most exclusive locations of the popular seaside resort. Furnished in modern style consists of 2 double bedrooms plus a room with 2 beds. The two separate bathrooms and a double sofa bed in the living area make it the ideal solution for groups up to 8 people. To top it all 200 square meters of garden shower, gas barbecue, pergola, sofa, table and chairs.

Abbiamo soggiornato le prime due settimane di settembre in questa bellissima villetta, è nuovissima, ben disposta e dotata di ogni comfort. Davvero ottima.
I proprietari sono gentilissimi ed estremamente disponibili, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli per rendere ancor più bella la nostra vacanza.

Bella proprietà anche se la 3" camera" era piuttosto piccola e dal sito non si capisce che è cieca. Proprietari cortesi e disponibili

Ci siamo trovati super bene, proprietari e casa favolosi. Bellissima, dotata di ogni confort, proprietari sempre a disposizione. Volendo ci si può spostare anche a piedi per recarsi sia alle spiagge, negozietti, pasticceria, ristoranti ecc
