Salento Residence? In Marina di Pescoluse, a stone's throw from the Maldives of Salento, Residence La Pumeta is ready to provide a great vacation! Located about 300 meters from the beaches of Salento, ideal for families seeking tranquility and relaxation, equipped with every comfort and ample indoor and outdoor spaces, it offers a wide choice of duplexes.
Each house consists of two apartments, one on the ground floor and one in the basement, for a total of 8-10 beds, ideal for families or friends groups.
Types of villas (which do not differ in terms of size or quality of service):
FAMILY HOUSE CENTRAL
-the ground floor includes kitchen-living room with sofa bed for 2, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a large porch
-al semi-basement, naturally bright thanks to the light well, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom also usable as bed, a kitchen with sofa bed 2 people, bathroom with shower, hallway.
FAMILY HOUSE CORNER
-the ground floor includes kitchen-living room with sofa bed for 2, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a large porch
-al semi-basement, naturally bright thanks to the light well, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom also usable as bed, a spacious living room with sofa bed 2 people, bathroom with shower, hallway.
Each villa is equipped with all facilities, including alarm, air conditioning, safe, mosquito nets, large garden, 2 parking places in the private parking, satellite TV, washing machine, outdoor shower with hot water and a stone barbecue.
You have more contiguous units also possibly for larger groups.
On demand: cleaning and linen hire (towels, sheets).
It 'easy to reach on foot the center as the beaches, free and equipped, like the Maldives, the 5 Sails, Eden Salento and Kaibo.
The Marina di Pescoluse is equipped with all amenities, it offers a relaxing stay and an excellent position to quickly reach the most beautiful tourist destinations of Salento (Gallipoli, S. M. di Leuca, Otranto, Lecce, etc ..).
the minimum rental period is 7 days
check-in ONLY ON SATURDAY after 14.00
check-out ONLY ON SATURDAY by 10:30 am.

The Marina di Pescoluse is equipped with all services and in the vicinity there are restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket, tobacconist and newsagent. Offers a relaxing stay and an excellent position to quickly reach the most beautiful tourist destinations of Salento (Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Lecce, etc ..), where you can take boat trips to the caves and boat rentals , horse riding, go-kart track Salentine and participate in celebrations, holidays and typical of the place.

Come primo soggiorno in Puglia ci riteniamo molto soddisfatte e con la voglia di tornarci!
La villetta è molto comoda sia per raggiungere il mare a piedi che alcuni ristoranti e il mercatino. Anche la piccola discarica è molto comoda (non bisogna esporre in determinati giorni i rifiuti).
La villetta si rinfresca facilmente grazie all’aria condizionata e ai ventilatori e la doccia esterna è una chicca!
Le uniche piccole pecche sono: le pareti sottili che non isolano totalmente i rumori delle villette vicine (soprattutto il trascinare delle sedie o dei tavoli), i bagni non dotati di tappetini e se si fa la doccia in concomitanza l’acqua calda tende a farsi un po’ desiderare.
In generale comunque siamo molto contente, Piero è sempre stato super gentile e super disponibile! Grazie mille!
