What stood out the most was the exceptional kindness, understanding and hospitality we received. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us after I accidentally booked the wrong date and their willingness to assist us at such short notice meant more than words can express. The room was peaceful and comfortable and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of packing our breakfast as requested. Everything was handled with such care and consideration, making us feel genuinely welcome. Our little girl was so comfortable that she was already asking when we could come back!

Super clean - both outside and inside the rooms. They have good quality furniture. The manager, Zandri is a good customer care and she has a good welcoming attitude.
The potholes on the streets outside is a threat to the functioning and customer attraction to the lodge. How I wish the municipality can sort that out asap.

Good breakfast. Good location.
Would like a chair to sit on when putting on my shoes. Would like bedlamps.
