About this apartment rental

Close to the center and the ski lifts (Bergers sector), our studio is located in the hamlet of Eclose East Soleil d'Huez in the building.

Set on 20 m², it is well designed and very functional. It will seduce you with its south-facing balcony and as clear as cozy.

Our studio can accommodate up to 4 people through its alcove (bunk beds and window) and a sofa bed. It includes a kitchenette, a bathroom with bath, a cozy living area with dining area and TV.

We provide board games for your relaxation. Loads and heating are included.

The studio is located within walking distance of shops, ski school and the convention center.

Excellent Stay

Fantastic location with easy access by car and good parking in the Eclose area. Stunning views of the mountain and valley from the balcony, and just a short walk from all the key areas and facilities of Alpe d’Huez. The apartment is well kept and has everything you need. The owner had great communication and prepared everything for arrival perfectly. Would definitely book again.

The appartment is really nice with everything that you need. I was happy to stay there on my own. Personally I wouldn't want to stay there with 4 adults. Then you won't have space enough for your luggage and everything. It's easy to find your way to the centre from the appartment. The only thing that I found a bit weird is that I need to send the key for this appartment back to the owner by post, but she didn't send me the key by post and wanted to meet me at the highway somewhere. Luckily I stayed in Grenoble the night before and someone came to my hotel to give me the key of the appartment. All good in the end but it's still a bit weird. Would prefer this by post as well.

Points positifs : moins cher que d'autres, bien situé à 2 min (littéralement) à pieds de l'Alpe Express qui dessert le centre de la station d'un côté et les bergers (départ des pistes) de l'autre et avec magasins et restaurant à côté, très belle vue et balcon sans vis à vis, casier à skis devant la porte, salle de bains entièrement refaite, coin cuisine bien équipé (deux plaques radiantes rapides, évier correctement proportionné, micro-onde crips, etc il ne manque que la bouilloire), belle penderie à l'entrée avec un coin pour ranger 1 ou 2 valises normales, étagères et 1 placard dans la pièce centrale bien pratique pour ranger les petites affaires qui trainent, table de cuisine avec 3 chaises et un banc qui sert de coffre pour y ranger des valises, porte (dont la gâche ne fonctionne malheureusement pas) séparant le coin montagne de la pièce centrale, clic-clac avec bon matelas, lit coin montagne ok selon enfant Points négatifs : toilettes très petites (difficile d'y assoir mon mètre 95, je touche quasiment la porte des toilettes) mais séparées de la SDB ; salle de bain très petite aussi (ne comptez pas y tenir à deux) où il manque une tablette pour mettre brosse à dents, dentifrice, rasoir, parfum etc ; pas de chauffage dans le coin montagne (il faut laisser la porte de la salle de bain ouverte avec le chauffage allumé) mais prises électriques bienvenues pour les appareils électroniques des enfants ; 3 couvertures bien trop fines pour avoir chaud sans mettre le chauffage fort ; ouverture difficile de la porte fenêtre du balcon ; appartement suffisant pour 2 ou 3 mais à mon avis, petit pour 4. Au final, y reviendrais-je ? Oui avec ma bouilloire + des couvertures.

Appartement très bien situé, remontée alpe express très proche, pour arrivée et départ pratique en voiture mais pas pratique en bus car aucune navette ne dessert l’éclose. Arrêt de bus le plus près c’est le palais des sports. Appartement fonctionnel. Très bon séjour

El propietario no nos dió ninguna solución al tema de el agua caliente. Estaba todo muy sucio. No había sábanas y las mantas daban miedo de lo sucias que estaban. La televisión la habían arrancado de la pared, estaba muy descuidado. De pena. Les mandé una foto de la falta de la televisión. Y nos pusimos en contacto con el propietario. Sin ninguna solución.

Le studio est situé dans un immeuble récent relativement proche du centre de la station. Rénové récemment, le studio est très bien agencé. Parking libre à l’extérieur de l’immeuble. Un point à améliorer. La temperature de l’eau délivrée par de ballon n’est pas assez chaude.
