About this apartment rental
This apartment is ideally located at the foot of the "Les Quatre Soleils" shopping arcade and the L'Alpe Express ski lift (free) which will take you directly to the snow front.
The residence is quiet, family-friendly, equipped on a human scale (washing machine, industrial dryer available, ski lockers on the same level)
It is located on the first floor, comfortable with its 28m2, facing south with terrace.
It is refurbished with the necessary comfort to welcome you.
The apartment is superbly located in summer and winter
5 min walk from the city center - sports center
Many hikes, bikes. The resort is full of fabulous places (the Route des Lacs) and events throughout the year.
The most memorable: The International Comedy Festival - Tomorow Land Winter - Tour de France (with the arrival of the Women's Tour) - Triathlon .....
A ski area for all levels, a warm resort that moves and is rich in its many restaurants, wine bar, beer. And many activities for children (summer/winter sledging, climbing...) and for the family (snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowshoeing...)
The apartment is located on the first floor of the residence, it consists of:
* a mountain area with two bunk beds (80/195), a small dressing room with a shoe dryer inside.
* a bedroom with a double bed (130/195) with wall storage
* a kitchenette equipped with microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, double ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. The table and four chairs are arranged (2 additional are folded in the dressing room)
* lounge area with a sofa bed, a TV and an electric fireplace
* bathroom with bathtub with its retractable bay window, hair dryer & straightener available
* separate toilet
* south-facing terrace with a view of the mountains
A sledge, mini sliding shovels for children is available.
It is also possible to provide a cane stroller, a hiking baby carrier, a travel cot and a booster seat.
The bedding is new (July 2024)
