About this farm stay rental

Completely renovated Masia in oasis of calm between Llucmajor and Porreres.
Traditional ¨Finca¨ with place for you and your family for 8 people 6 km from Llucmajor and 5 km from Porreres-
With views of fields and hills all around. Restored a house with lots of details and taste with spacious dining kitchen incl wood oven for fresh pizza or bread if you wish to make one. Outside there is a Butane BBQ available!!! The property also has a dinner and living room with flat screen tv and internet, 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Both on the ground floor and on the first floor there is a terrace to enjoy the surroundings. If you want to cool off, this can also be found in the newly installed 40sqm swimming pool with some nice sun loungers available. Plenty of room for the whole family! Two wood stoves are available for the cooler days.

In Lucmajor there is a market 3 times a week and in Porreres also once a week. Both villages have the necessary supermarkets and various restaurants to enjoy a delicious Spanish meals and dishes. And if you want to go out for a ride, Llucmajor is good located to go to Palma, Es Strenc to Cala Llombarts, but also Alcudia, Arta and Sta Ponsa are easy to reach

Wir sind gerade zurück gekommen und sind super erholt. Mateo und Marga haben uns mitten in der Nacht bei Verspätung des Fliegers trotzdem super freundlich und herzlich empfangen incl. traditionellem Gebäck und riesig grosser Obstschale! Die Finca ist groß und sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist mit vielen alten Möbeln aus Familienbesitz ausgestattet und trotzdem mit allem ausgestattet, was der moderne Mensch braucht. Das untere Bad und die untere Ebene sind frisch renoviert. 2 der 4 Schlafzimmer haben Fliegengitter. und es gab reichlich Ventilator, um die Sommerhitze Mallorcas erträglich werden zu lassen. Der Pool war schön warm und durch die gute regelmäßige Pflege durch Mateo sehr sauber. Den Blick ins Tal, die herrliche Ruhe und die absolut private Lage haben wir sehr genossen. Der Gasgrill wurde fast täglich von uns genutzt. Fisch, Fleisch, Gemüse sowie Brot. Ein kleines technisches Problem am Grill wurde umgehend dank Whatsapp- Kontakt über Jenny, die Deutsch spricht, behoben . Tolle und einfache Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Dankeschön. Sehr schönes Haus, von innen super eingerichtet und ländlich weit weg vom Tourismus. In 30min kann man am Strand liegen, optimal.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus im Sommer 2019 für zwei Wochen gemietet und waren begeistert von der Lage und der Ausstattung des Hauses. Es war alles vorhanden was man evtl. benötigen würde. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von den Vermietern persönlich mit einer sehr leckeren Ensaimada, einem vollen Obstteller und verschiedenen gekühlten Getränken begrüßt. Solche Gastfreundschaft haben wir bisher in anderen Ferienhäusern noch nicht erlebt.

Wir haben das Haus im Sommer 2019 für zwei Wochen gemietet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigen könnte. Filtertüten, Waschmittel, Duschgel oder auch unzählige Handtücher sind nur Beispiele für die Ausstattung dieser Unterkunft. Desweiteren wurden wir bei der Ankunft mit einem riesigen Obstteller, einer total leckeren Ensaimada und verschiedenen Getränken begrüßt. Solche Gastfreundschaft haben wir bisher nicht erlebt.
