About this villa rental
This is an antique stately home with all the comfort you need nowadays. It has capacity for 8 people and a private pool.
This is a wonderful Majorcan countryside house. It is very well preserved and it has all the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience! The ‘possessió’ of Son Caldes is located near the town of Llucmajor and is more than 500 years old, which enhances the attractiveness of the place.
The main building has three en suite bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining room and a fully furnished kitchen with capacity for all the guests. Some old features of the house have been very well preserved. At the same time, the house is equipped with new electrical appliances, central heating and a mix of new furniture with some restored pieces. There is a wine cellar as well where you will be able to see some hand-made barrels, which were made more than 200 years ago!
In front of the main building you will find another house which is part of the whole group. This is a 2-storey house which has a very well decorated living room, a fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the loft there is a bedroom, which is opened to the living room, with closet and two single beds. This building hasn’t got central heating, but there is a fireplace and that maintain the perfect temperature all year-round.
The 4 bedrooms have AC.
Outside the houses there is a big terrace and the pool area where you can refresh yourself during hot summer days! The terrace is furnished with tables, chairs and sun beds to enjoy dinners with family and friends or just relax sunbathing. There is a natural Mediterranean forest area and views to the countryside from everywhere!
A short drive will take you to Palma city center or to beautiful beaches as Es Trenc, Cala Pi and Sa Rápita. The town of Llucmajor is just 1.5 km away and you will be able to find facilities as local markets, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants.
This house is a charming place which is a little part of the history the island. At the same time, it is adapted to nowadays life and it has the comfort and personality to be the perfect place to spend your holiday! Do not hesitate to visit this vestige of the Mediterranean!

The place was beautiful, just like in the pictures. It had everything we needed and more. One thing that needs to be mentioned is that the main hall of the house and the living room have camera surveillance systems, so you won’t be having total intimacy while staying there. Other than that, I recomment the place if you want to try out a different experience.

This finca is wonderful. It is a house full of stories and where you feel like a local. It had enough space for our group and it was just beautiful to walk around and spend time with our family. The owner was kind to wait for us very late at night for our checkin and show us the place. They had prepared a nice welcome surprise. It is close to Palma and you can visit beaches or towns all around the island. The pool was a nice addition and we spent there every evening. Very recommended if you would like to experience living in a mediterranean Spanish house.

Trotz der Lage zur Autobahn war es wirklich ruhig. Verkehrslärm war kaum zu hören. Tolle alte rustikale Finka mit tollem Außenbereich (Garten, Pool etc). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Lage der Finka war für uns ebenfalls perfekt. Durch die gute Anbindung war man in kürzester Zeit in alle Richtungen (Einkaufen, Strand, Palma etc.) Die Kommunikation mit Homerti war ebenfalls perfekt. Auf E-Mail Anfragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet und um Probleme wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
