This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 17; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible to renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock.
Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The kitchen was superbly stocked with all manner of tools & cooking appliances-things we never considered (or wanted) to bring with us. The home overall is beautiful with a wonderful lakeside location & array of things to enjoy for everybody. Only complaints would be there were a lot of spider webs (& spiders) in various locations on all levels of the deck. The house is a fair distance from refuel marinas but still very manageable. Thank you for a great place to vacation, we will return!

Quick vacation before kids start school. Home was very clean. It rained throughout our stay but the view of the lake was amazing. My kids had a great time playing the games in the basement.My wife and I were able to rest and relax. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We decided not to rent a boat but next time we will. We would definitely recommend.

The house is wonderful and had room for our guests. The outdoor area is especially nice, and where we spent a lot of our time. Great stay!
