* Main level queen room with ensuite bathroom
* Main level king room with double entry hallway bathroom
* Lower level bunk area with 2 full bunks (4 beds total) with shared hallway bathroom *Note-this is not a private room and is adjacent to the living space
* Lower level king room with lake/pool view and ensuite bathroom
* Lower level full room with 3 full beds with lake/pool view, patio access, and ensuite bathroom

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 17; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The garage at this home is NOT accessible to renters.
Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.

The home and it's appointments were first rate. However, the grounds and outdoor living spaces left much to be desired.

I can’t say enough good things about the home, the company, and the staff. I never had a bad experience with any step of the renting process! I can not recommend them enough. We have used several companies as we are there every other weekend and hands down my favorite yet! So many memories made that we will never forget!

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at this home. The house is spectacular and has every amenity you could want. We really enjoyed swimming in the lake and sitting on the deck and relaxing. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.
