The location is very convenient since I was visiting Satara for Marathon.

Food was excellent. Very tasty. Everything ordered was tasty beyond expectation. Lemon rice, masala bhat, bhakri, sabzis, all were good. Room was quite big. WE got the suite room on the 8th floor. Quite spacious.
NO toiletries supplied. Pillows were like rocks. Intercoms dont work. You have to call a mobile number. If you want to order for food, you have to call up twice. The room quality is good but what they are supposed to give you they dont. For eg. liquid soap, lotion etc. T.V. is age old. Fridge doesn't work. Sfaff is quite good. The hotel needs some lessons on customer service and satisfaction.

Breakfast was Adequate. A little more choice would have been better. There was only poha, idli & bread & eggs to order. Nothing else.
The bathrooms do not have towel holders & the exhaust was not functioning. The rooms should have a hot water kettle for tea/coffee.
