Nice studio 2/3 people (2 adults and 1 child) comfortable, 25 m² with cabin area.
Ideally located in a quiet street, 100m from the beach and close to shops and the town center of Arcachon.
A terrace will allow you to have lunch outside with beautiful views of the basin.
The apartment is classified 2-star tourist accommodation by the Arcachon Tourist Office.
The cycle track and the city buses are 2 steps from the residence and allow you to move around the city and its surroundings.
Free parking is available on the street.
The linen is provided.
A deposit check of 500 € will be requested upon entering the premises. It will be returned if no damage has been found and the cleaning has been done correctly.
Our animal friends are not accepted. The apartment is non-smoking.
The rental is only offered by the week in July and August

appartement bien situé très propre prés des commerce et du centre ville.plage a proximité.nous avons apprécié l'amabilité des propriétaires Catherine et Christian ainsi que ts les bons tuyaux qu ils nous ont donnés pour les visites les restos etc... A notre arrive une bouteille d'eau fraîche ainsi q'une petite attention nous étaient destiné tres sympathique .le seul bémol c'est qu'il n'y a pas de parking et du coup c'est un peu difficile en pleine saison de trouvée une place dans la rue.nous reviendront surement
