This comfortable apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises the following features: An entrance hallway leading to a separate toilet - A north-facing bedroom (overlooking the villas and the surrounding greenery) with a double bed (160 cm) and large closets/wardrobes - A bathroom accessible from the bedroom, equipped with a walk-in shower - A north-facing living room (overlooking Notre-Dame Basilica) including a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, conventional oven, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, washer-dryer) separated from the dining room by a bar - A living room with a sofa bed (160 cm) and TV.
The villa has Wi-Fi internet access available to all apartments. The apartment is in excellent condition, very well equipped, with a modern and refined decor. Its location is ideal: beaches, shops (Carrefour Express) less than 200 meters away, and the municipal market a 10-minute walk away! A parking space is available within the villa grounds. A private outdoor storage room is available for tenants to store bicycles, beach items, strollers, etc.
