The house is located in a historic and quiet location, about 20 mins walk from the centre and 10 mins from the beach. Parking is very conveniently located in front of the property, behind a locked gate.

Unfortunately, this small house lacks comfort and appears run-down and poorly maintained. According to previous reviews, the washing machine broke a few years ago and still doesn't work. The fridge seals are split, so the door doesn't close properly, and the kitchen worktops are damaged. We stayed for three nights during beautiful sunny weather; however, the house felt dark all the time, mainly because of poorly maintained trees in the small garden area that overhang the windows. There was no sense of being welcomed to stay there: no dishwasher tablets, no spare bin bags, an old used washing-up sponge, only one loo roll, and no instructions, information, or welcome pack. The place was superficially clean upon arrival, but we were charged an outrageous 100 euros for cleaning. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep and narrow, so you need to be careful with small children, especially as the bathroom and toilet are downstairs. I had to proactively contact the owner/manager the day before arrival to organise key collection, which involved several messages.
