About this house rental
The house, built in traditional Majorcan style, is orientated toward the Southeast and situated in a very quiet environment amidst the countryside. It has a beautiful garden with autochthonous plants, a fruit orchard and a generous terrace, thus offering the perfect environment for relaxing holidays. The building is surrounded by nature and almond groves (in the period of the almond blossom from january till February, the environment turns into one big garden of white and pink blossom.) The house enjoys good access and there are numerous leisure activities on offer nearby. At a distance of less than 15 kilometres you will find museums, shops and golf courses.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat alles was man für einen entspannenden Aufenthalt auch mit mehreren Familien benötigt. Wir waren beeindruckt von der sehr guten Ausstattung (Küche, Waschmaschine, Grill, Pool) und der Sauberkeit der Unterbringung. Guillem war stets erreichbar und hat sich jeder Frage von uns angenommen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Schöne kleine Finca mit eigenem Pool. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist ruhig gelegen. Die einzigen Nachbarn waren 2 Schweine, die zur Unterhaltung unserer Tochter beigetragen haben. Ca. 4 km zum Strand. Der Vermieter war nett und hat gut kommuniziert. Einziger kleiner Mangel war dass die Internetverbingung ab uns zu ausgefallen ist. Der Vermieter hat allerdings mit dem Internetprovider an einer Lösung gearbeitet.

We cannot stop talking (and dreaming!) of our perfect Mallorca vacation, thanks to Guillem and his lovely home. Upon arrival, we felt instantly welcome and at home. The house is large and practically equipped with anything you could need, especially in the kitchen. We enjoyed the fresh lemons and oranges, courtesy of his familys farm. Our daughter loved the pigs and ducks in the neighboring yard. It is quiet, and the view of the Mediterranean is a complete dream to see in the distance. We will absolutely be back!
