Casa Clara in Cala Millor offers the opportunity to enjoy the country life at the same time, as well as the bathing life on the large fine sandy beaches of Cala Millor (1km away) and Sa Coma (2km away) which are ideal for children.
Casa Clara is completely fenced, with an electric entrance gate, with a beautiful typical Mallorcan house, with a view of Cala Millor and Sa Coma. Its location makes it possible to enjoy the country life and at the same time the only 1,000 m. distant large sandy beach and the nature reserve 'Sa Punta de N'Amer' to visit, where you can take long walks or horse riding or simply enjoy nature.
Casa Clara is suitable for any time of the year because it is equipped with a swimming pool for the warm days of summer and heating for the winter.
In front of the house, an 80 m2 covered terrace provides plenty of shade. 2 tables, wicker chairs for 9 people and a seating area with sofas available. Right next to it is the 4 x 8 m and 1.5 m deep pool and an open terrace. The pool can be made inaccessible to children through a fence and a lockable gate. In front of it, a little lower, there is another open sun terrace. 9 chairs and umbrellas available. Solar shower. Large gas grill. The 300 m2 paved driveway, which is closed by the electric gate, has space for several cars and there is plenty of space for children to play.
Casa Clara has numerous almond, carob and olive trees on the extensive property of 14,000 square meters. A Mediterranean garden with palm trees and ornamental shrubs has been created around the house. There are no neighboring houses in the surrounding area. Due to the grown vegetation, the property is not visible from the street and the access road 100 m away, so absolute privacy is guaranteed.
Spacious living room with 2 sofas and additional seating, fireplace, large 46 'flat screen TV with satellite reception, music system, DVD WiFi throughout the house, free of charge! Safe. There are various children's toys for indoors and outdoors. For toddlers there is a baby bath, a toilet attachment and a raised stand for the sink.

Ein tolles Anwesen. Sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist toll und sauber, der Poolservice sorgt dafür. Die Übergabe klappte sehr gut, alles wurde genau erklärt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ebenso die Bäder. Ein Kamin wärmt gut an kalten Abenden.
Die Hauptstraße hört man schon deutlich, auch die unterschiedlichen Hähne, die sich ein Krähduell liefern. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Auf die Sicherheit von kleinen Kindern (z.B: abschließbarer Poolbereich) wird viel Wert gelegt.

We stayed at this villa in early June 2019 with two families of four. The villa is very well equipped and has plenty of space for large families to stay together while still feeling like you've got plenty space and aren't in each other's way. The villa was very clean on arrival and Thorston, the guy who manages the villa on behalf of the owners, was very helpful in the days before and during our stay. Our outbound flight was delayed by a couple of hours meaning we did not arrive at the villa until 2am and still this was not a problem for him. He was very thorough, even at this early hour, and he gave us a great introduction to the property.
The villa is located on the outskirts of Cala Millor but is close enough to the resort that you do not feel too far out of the way but still manage to get the peace and tranquillity you would expect from a countryside retreat. A drive down into Cala Millor centre takes about 6 or 7 minutes and there are two large supermarkets (one Lidl and one large Spanish) within a 5 minute drive/25 minute walk. The villa does not have air conditioning which was a concern for me originally, but I can honestly say, if you close the louvres of a day to keep the sun out and allow the air through then there's plenty of cool ventilation as the breeze out in the countryside is great at keeping the internal temperature down. Outside temperatures were between 24 and 28 degrees during our stay. The hot plate BBQ was well used during our stay, with all the local supermarkets stocking a good range of pre-prepared bbq food,
The pool at the villa is great. Although a bit too cold in the morning for the children, we found that by mid afternoon it had warmed up enough even for our three year old who usually struggles with cold pools, and it was pretty early on in the season too. I'd imagine it to be great in July/August.
If you're looking for a large villa to share between families with a great pool and tonnes of space inside and out (great for the kids to roam safely) then look no further....just book it! A gated pool with a lock and key was also a good point for us!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in deze nette, ruime woning. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en meer. Vriendelijke mensen, die snel ter plekke zijn als er wat is. Goede service, zo konden wij wat later uitchecken met onze twee kleine kinderen, omdat onze vlucht ook later ging.
