A new, bright studio apartment is part of a family house consisting of 4 apartments that are rented in Zambrattia, a small fishing village close to Umag. The apartment has a terrace with a sea view where you can spend your summer evenings admiring beautiful sunsets. The well-equipped sandy beach and the sea are a few steps away. The accommodation has a private entrance on the ground floor with free private parking in front of the house.
The bright studio offers a sleeping area with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and chairs, a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, and a terrace with table and chairs.
At 150 m there is a small grocery store, while at 200 m you will find the fishmonger, bakery, various bars near the beach where you can enjoy a good coffee, drinks, or fast food while admiring the sea. In the village, there are several typical Istrian restaurants offering menus of fresh fish, meat, antipasti, risotto, and more.
In Zambrattia, there is a wide choice of sandy beaches, ideal for children and families, where it is possible to rent beach umbrellas and deckchairs; there are also rocky and uncrowded natural beaches for those who love tranquility and swimming; there are also small beaches with gravel just a few hundred meters along the coast.
