Feeling very welcome in a dreamy apartma right next to the sea

Wonderful apartment with a lovely garden and could not be closer to the sea. We could feel the salt in the air and hear the waves during the night. A few steps from the beach. Wonderful owners, very kind and helpful. I was alone with my 3 kids and felt I had someone to turn to in case of any emergency, thank you for that Dear Barbara very much. Apartman is wonderful all you need is there. The location is just the spot between quiet beaches and bigger towns such as Umag. All you need is reachable by car. Apartman is good even in winter months it has great efficient air-conditioning set up also to warm

The apartmet is situeted betwen two beautiful beaches. One it is Sand beach(qool for children) second it is polynesia beach (one of top 10 beach at Istria). 100 metere is backer. 300 meteris market. 3 km from the apartament is great Town UMAG. Old streets, romantic Restaurant. Very nice owner. Town Zambratija is small but thanks of this on the beach is a loot places. Owners Ms. Barbara and her husband are very helpfull and kinde. First Time I met with situation where some one explain me all most evrything. All tools and machines. It was great Time. I was with wife and 2 children.

wunderbar und sehr erholsam

Was für eine tolle Wohnung. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Soviel Ausstattung haben wir noch nie erlebt und wir haben schon sehr viele Ferienwohnungen gebucht. Die Möbel waren zu unserem Zeitpunkt (Juli/August 2025) neu und sehr hochwertig. Die Küche,das Bad und auch die restliche Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Von Salz, über neue Zahnbürsten, bis Waschmittel ist alle vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage ist von Vorteil. Man fühlt sich gleich, wie zu Hause. :-) Eine Tiefgarage macht das Paket komplett. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sprechen sehr gut deutsch. Bei Fragen oder Problemen kann man sie sofort erreichen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Bäcker, eine kleine Konoba und diverse Bars. Das Highlight ist aber das Wasser direkt vor der Tür! Baden in 2 Minuten. Wir waren als Familie dort. Selbst unser Teenager war sehr begeistert. Alles in allem eine super Wohnung. 5 Sterne plus von uns.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Wohlfühlfaktor.

Das Apartment Nobilis war hervorragend. Nach einer super netten persönlichen Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin inklusive Willkommensgeschenk konnten wir unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Alles war perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

Absolut perfekt!

Alles ausgezeichnet! Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und beinhaltete ein Willkommensgeschenk. Die Wohnung entsprach exakt den Bildern. Sie war makellos sauber, mit bequemem Bett und einer großzügigen Couch ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war durchdacht eingerichtet und bot alles Notwendige. Gesamtbewertung: 15 von 10 Punkten. Vielen Dank.

Super Apartment

Das Apartment Nobilis ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist super. Von der Terrasse aus kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage geparkt werden. Auch die Lage des Apartments ist gut. Man geht über die Straße und schon ist man am Meer. Etwa in 3 Minuten zu Fuß ist der Badestrand (Sand) erreicht. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment Nobilis können wir weiter empfehlen!

WOW! Tolles Appartment mit toller Ausstattung

An diesem Appartment war wirklich alles perfekt. Superfreundliche Gastgeber, alles und noch viel mehr an Ausstattung welche man für einen Familienurlaub brauchen könnte war im Appartment. Es gibt zwei reservierte Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage, somit muss man sich nichtmal um das Auto Sorgen machen. Als wir ankamen war alles blitzblank geputzt, Die Lage ist auch wirklich toll. Nur durch eine Straße getrennt erreicht man den Strand. Fußläufig ist ohnehin alles erreichbar Restaurants, Supermarkt,...) und vom privaten Garten (natürlich mit sämtlicher Ausstattung wie Liegen, Wäscheständern oder einem schattigem Tisch) sieht man jeden Abend perfekt den Sonnenuntergang.
