Nonno Gino suite

Natascia was so helpful and patient. Each time we reached out for help we received a lovely helpful response. When we had trouble paying the fee not via Booking.com they were patient in giving us extra time to process the fee. The extra details and extras were more than exceptional. For example coffee pods, fresh towels, made ice blocks for drinks, all you needed to cook and eat in, bathroom ammenities… We arrived later than planned and were greeted by lovely people. It was lovely to be able to say hello to the elder lady next to us and pool man most days. The pool, view, bird life and pondering in the garden 🪴 was the highlights. Beyond the villa was the beautiful staff and locals we met in town at the local Co-op supermarket. We had the most wonderful dinners at Qui Cicci in town on the hill. And artist Stings il Palgio in Altoreggi. The food presentation and surrounds and staff at both was Bellissimo. Villa was in the middle of most historic towns to visit. I took a couple of beautiful walks in the mornings. I wish we had the time over again without the stress of some visiting family members. From Australia, Thank-you Nonna Gino. Best wishes always.

We bought a piece of meat from Florence to cook on the bbq but were unable to use it. However this was a very minor thing.

We loved our stay at Nonno Gino Suite. It was very peaceful, the views/scenery were beautiful. Beds and pillows were comfortable and having air conditioning was perfect as we stayed in August as it was very hot. Parking on the inside of the gates was great - we shut the gates every time we left out of courtesy but felt very safe. The pool is a great temperature and kept very clean. The gardens were immaculate. Monte San Savino is a beautiful town - quick tip is you must book restaurants for dinner otherwise you will not get seated at a table. Conad supermarket is the best one we thought and is open every day all day.

There was nothing not to like but providing a little feedback for a small improvement - a tarpaulin cover over the parking spot would be amazing to shade the car as it was so hot getting in - one day it showed 50c on our temp gauge!

C’était un plaisir de séjourner dans cette suite. Nous y étions avec nos deux enfants 4 ans et 4 mois. Le temps était délicieux, 30 degrés. Le jardin est magnifiquement entretenu, la piscine est super et quasi privée pour le peu que les propriétaires l’utilisent. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Nonna Anna. Les échanges avec Nastacia via whats app étaient fluides et particulièrement utiles pour nous conseiller sur les alentours. Le logement se situe à 15 minutes de plusieurs magnifiques villages (Civitella, etc) ou ville comme Arrezzo, ou encore Cortona un peu plus loin. La literie est très confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée.
