Everything! The location, the facilities, the room, the view! For the price and the perfect view I couldn’t have found a better spot
Someone claiming to be room service came into my room with my door unlock code while my 12yo was there alone. Never to be seen or heard from after that.

I love the location and the fact I was still able to view the beach from balcony. I love the easy access and the space it provided for me and my family.
I wish some of the furniture was up to date and I did spot a few stains on walls and towels. Also chipped paint falling from ceiling. And also some of the dishes had stains in them and hard to clean.

The property was great. There was a broken table but we left it alone and had no other issues. The beds were very comfortable.

It was clean for the most part. I liked the balcony but only got a bit of ocean view. Pool is excellent as you can swim inside and out.
Parking was easy
The shower hand gel shampo and conditioner were quite nice.
No blankets available for beds just a thin spread.,So bring your own. They did provide after we were there a few days since it was cold.
Was supposed to be stocked but no Kleenex, only 2 coffee cups and 2 spoons. Only 4 glasses. I bought my own coffee cups and 6 spoons since we were 4 and left them. There were plenty of forks and knives
The keurig reservoir leaked. Toaster only outside burners worked.
There was a lot of junk like old curtains, TVs, in closets and pantry that we could have used for storage.
Bunk beds were uncomfortable so don’t plan on using them.
a sign for bike racks would have helped as we were not clear until we saw other bikes.
Though clean the ugly caulk in shower travertine made it appear dirty.
Baths were too small.
