The view, balcony, air conditioning, beds, and pretty much everything was as described in great shape and clean. Loved the location, and the beach was great and not overcrowded. We all had our own bedrooms and baths, which was amazing.
Maybe a little work on the elevator and have some air flow in it. One bed lost some screws in the frame, but there were two beds in the room, and it was not an issue. Spoke to maintenance to inform them, and they were very responsive and said after we left they would fix it. None of this would ever stop us from coming back. Highly recommend Harbor Place 313 and Hosteeva.

It was clean and not surrounded my so many other condos. It’s close to everything you need, yet far enough away to give you space to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
The elevators are very shaky. They make quite a bit of noise and had us convinced we would get stuck in one.

We liked it was right on the beach and very close to everything.
The whole place needed a deep cleaning. There were so many signs of filth. Very obvious it has been neglected in the cleanly department. Plates had been put up wet. Floors were not very clean. There was left behind trash behind most of the furniture. In one bathroom the tub shower wouldn’t drain.
