    It’s only for one night stay if you come to madrid for something express. Noisy, the bed included so noisy bed, and bedsheet comes with extra hair. The floor and bathroom are clean but the bedsheets and pillows cases are dirty. Super easy check-in out. But the worst thing from this hotel is heating system isn’t working at all.. the room is bloody cold, the AC (hot mode) not working, the electric heater is low nothing at all does it’s job. Super cold in December. Avoid this hotel even for one night in winter.. 0 star.

    Good budget place to stay. Close to train to get into city center. Self check in so if you’re not good with electronics/no customer service help then I wouldn’t recommend.

    The room I was given was completely different from the one I reserved. Smaller, no windows, bare walls. The check-in was remote, but requires registering for a system with many difficulties, required an hour of tech troubleshooting, and no ability to reach a person for help, and there were not helpful instructions or anything. A not-tech-savvy person should stay away. We were only able to get in because another tenant spent an hour helping us work through the kinks that he had learned by helping previous guests. Nice neighbor!
