The Annex is a charming retreat nestled in the picturesque village of Hanley Swan, just 5 miles from the magnificent Malvern Hills. Our idyllic location centres around a beautiful duck pond, with a well-stocked village shop and an exceptional pub offering outstanding cuisine and delightful al fresco dining nearby.
The Annex is a light-filled space overlooking a stunning country garden with a tranquil koi pond. This self-contained space combines comfort with modern convenience, featuring a fully equipped kitchen where you'll find everything needed for your stay, including:
Modern appliances (hob, oven, microwave, air fryer) a fridge freezer and all essential cookware and utensils.
The contemporary bathroom offers a luxurious start to your day with its spacious walk-in shower and thoughtful touches like a de-misting mirror with a built-in shaver point.
For your comfort, we provide:
Quality bed linen and towels, complimentary tea and coffee, High-speed WiFi connectivity and a Smart TV for your entertainment.
The Annex's garden-facing position ensures plenty of natural light and peaceful views, making it the perfect setting for both short breaks and extended stays.

We stayed in the Annexe which was perfect for us. Garden views spectacular! Great for a bit of peace and quiet while being able to reach local towns and beauty spots. Gigi the host was wonderful.

This is not just a place to stay. Gig (and Neil) have made it a space of tranquillity and peace. Here one can be open to the natural world brought near, and (if you pause) to your innermost self. At the same time it is an excellently located base to explore & enjoy the beauty & variety of the Three Counties. Gigi & Charlie are a top class team.

Myself and Oscar my 4 1/2 year old Yorkie had a very pleasant stay in the self contained Annex part of The Orchard B&B whilst renovation works were being carried out on our house in Malvern. Hanley Swan is a pretty little village surrounded by lovely countryside, perfect for walking. The Annex itself was comfortable, clean and well equipped, a real 'home away from home' which had everything we could possibly need. Gigi was a super host, welcoming and extremely helpful in giving info and advice on the area. (Oh and Charlie was an absolute delight to meet too!).
Would happily stay again if the need arose and would certainly recommended to others.
