This luxury holiday home in The Marches (Le Marche), central Italy, located just 25 minutes from the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains.
The sweeping views of the rolling countryside and the lovely village of Montelparo are phenomenal, the rest is optimal.
The holiday, as the last in a quiet, dead end street, is decorated in contemporary country style and has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

The house with its large private pool (5 x 12 meters) is located on a 5-hectare site. Consequently, there is plenty of room for the children to enjoy themselves to their heart's content. Also, it is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac so there is no disruption of traffic.
The house has been totally renovated and decorated in contemporary country style. It has a total living area of 200 sqm. The dining room, kitchen and living room are a nice together, then completely leaving a large open space is created.
The open kitchen is fully equipped. Thus, one can use a dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitro-ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer and a coffee maker. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans. In a separate room also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The dining room, with its large wooden table and 8 chairs, integrates seamlessly with the kitchen which is very easy. From here we continue through the windows a beautiful view of the landscape around the house. From the kitchen and from the dining room has been through sliding doors to the large covered terrace of 60 sqm with barbecue at the rear of the house.
The large swimming pool is accessible from here through a majestic staircase.
The living room has a spacious living room with pellet stove and has satellite TV (BVN thereto available).
Also here you can towards the terrace through French doors, where the large teak outdoor table with 8 comfortable seating state. Everywhere in the house there is WiFi.
On the ground floor is one bedroom with a double box-spring bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. This room has a private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

The upstairs has two bathrooms both have showers, sinks and private toilet.

We (two USA couples) recently stayed at Casa Belmonte for a week, meeting relatives from the UK for a reunion type holiday. Everyone was impressed with the quality of this recent renovation, and the setting is worthy of many hours of sitting and viewing, while sipping wine. Property was very comfortable for eight, with incredible outdoor living space and pool. Lots of space for parking, easy access for luggage, etc. This is a beautiful country location, with easy access to Adriatic coast, outlet shopping, or small villages - whatever you could ask for. Ancona, which is a large port city, is only an hours drive north. At Thomas recommendation we had a family meal at the agriturismo Montorso, which is just at the start of the driveway to house. Incredible!! 6 or 7 platters of various antipastos in, and they were all delicious. We had them prepare meat antipasto platters for us to take to house two other nights - very reasonable and high quality!Thomas made rental arrangement/communication very easy, which I appreciate coming from several thousand miles away. All eight of us enjoyed this house very much, and were very sad when the time came to leave.
