Le Bénitier is a charming T2 / 3 completely renovated and fully-equipped, located a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Trou d'eau beach at La Saline-les-Bains, in a residence located 150 meters from the sea and close amenities: bakery 350 m, center of the village of La Saline and its shops 2 minutes by car ... and in the heart of the seaside resort of Saint-Gilles and its lively life: nautical activities (paddle, canoe, kayaking ...), restaurants, bars, nightclubs ...
This very bright accommodation combining charm and comfort has an area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.
The living room equipped with Balinese furniture, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet connection and a large brand 2-seater sofa bed will offer you remarkable comfort.
The modern and brand new kitchen has all the equipment necessary to make your stay pleasant: ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc.
The very large air-conditioned bedroom of 18 m² will welcome you with quality latex bedding, an integrated closet, and its brand new trendy parquet floor.
The sleeping area under the eaves, located just next to the parental suite, can accommodate 2 children with its pull-out bed.
You will also have a well-ventilated bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
You will also most certainly enjoy your meals at the small 6 m² terrace which offers a side sea view.
In addition, there is a secure private parking space, a cleaning kit as well as an iron and ironing board and, of course, the household and bath linen which will be provided to you.
A stay package of € 40 including tourist taxes and a contribution to cleaning and laundry costs will be collected by us on the day of your arrival.

Isabelle et Olivier nous ont très bien accueillis et ont été très réactifs par rapport à un petit problème de wifi qui a été réglé dans la semaine.
L'appartement très calme est très bien équipé avec une très bonne literie. Par ailleurs, il est très bien situé.
Seul petit bémol, la climatisation est seulement dans la chambre et si vous êtes 6 occupants, ceux qui dorment dans le salon ne pourront pas en bénéficier car le logement est en duplex.
Ce logement est idéal pour 4 personnes.

Très bon accueil, logement calme et bien sécurisé, bonne literie, bien équipé, propre, bien situé à 200m de la mer donc idéal pour les enfants! et pour nous!
Durant notre séjour pas d'internet à cause de la coupure d'un câble sous-marin donc les propriétaires ne sont pas responsables.
En cherchant bien et pour donner un point négatif, manque un sac isotherme...

Une très beau logement fonctionnel, très propre et bien situé entre st leu et st gilles. Parfait pour 4 personnes. Isabelle et olivier ont été aux petits soins pour nous accueillir et nous proposer des activités sur La Reunion. Une excellente adresse!
