About this apartment rental

The apartment is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ermitage, in the most popular place on the island due to its micro-climate: sun all year long and sheltered from the prevailing winds, especially during the austral winter. The apartment offers a direct access to the beach (no roads to cross if you take the path along the beach) and the lagoon is sheltered by a coral reef. This comfortable apartment of 70 sq.m will delight you with its original architectural design and conveniences offered:
Completely equipped with dishwasher, internet access and air-conditioning.
A not overlooked terrace of 20 sq.m with view of the hills of Saint-Gilles on one side and the sea shore on the other side.
Capacity of accommodation for 6 people (bed of 160x200 cm in the bedroom, 1 sofa bed of 140x200 cm on the Mezzanine, and 1 sofa bed in the living room) with good quality bedding.
Secure parking and bicycle storage (possibility of using a booster seat and a trailer for children).
Shops are at the foot on the residence.
Let's not forget the Sunday morning market with its typical fruits and vegetables of Reunion and local craft work.

Super appartement, très bien équipé presque comme à la maison. À proximité de tout pour manger, faire les courses, le marché du dimanche au bas de l'immeuble, la plage à 2 pas. Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui ont fait en sorte d'avoir tout ce qu'il nous faut pour bébé. Adresse à retenir pour des prochaines vacances.

Un appartement très bien aménagé et agréable à vivre. La localisation est idéale: avec commerces, restaurants, marché forain, lagon au pied de la résidence… Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Nous recommandons vivement.
