About this villa rental
Residence at 60 m. from the sea, in the renowned residential area of Baja Caddinas in Golfo Aranci. 16 km from Olbia. At 8 km from Porto round beautiful beaches within walking distance. 8 comfortable beds out of 4 rooms.
On the ground floor equipped kitchen, with two large windows, one of which frames the view of tavolara, living room with two sofas, satellite TV, wi-fi, two large sliding French windows communicate directly with the veranda, where you can spend pleasant evenings enjoying of the sea view and with the garden.
The master bedroom with private bathroom on the 1st floor with access to the large panoramic terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the islands of Figarolo and Tavolara; two bedrooms, one twin and one double, and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Another bedroom in the basement with access from the internal stairs but also with an independent entrance directly from the garden and bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
1 private parking space. Back yard outdoor shower, barbecue, washing machine.

Great house, very convenient location, clean and well equipped, the owners were super accommodating. We drove most days to the local beaches, but there’s a mini beach 1 min walk and a small hotel beach 5 min walk. Views from the rooftop are great, the access is through the master bedroom, which worked fine for us. All bedrooms had air conditioning, though we used ours only twice. A grocery store is 10 min walk.

Nice house with room enough for our family with 6 adults and two small kids. Good location with several nice beaches in close walking distance and a very nice and spacy rooftop with the most breathtaking view to the sea. We can recommend this house for family holidays.

This was our second time staying at this villa and for good reason. The host, Adriana, was incredibly accommodating and delivered the villa as advertised. Very clean and to our pleasant surprise, with some modern updates. AC was a nice addition for those hot afternoons.
Location is perfect. Walking distance to market (5 min walk), the port (17 min walk), and of course the beaches (3 min walk to Baia Caddinas Beach). And important to note, WIFI was good.
Favorite part of the villa is the rooftop terrace. Unbelievable sunrises and sunsets and such a special spot to enjoy a drink before or after dinner.
Our stay was simply perfect. Can't wait for next year.
