Welcome to villa AWA represented by Exceptional Villas, the top luxury villa rental company in the world as supported by Trustpilot reviews. Grace Bay Ocean Villa AWA offers six bedrooms, including a master bedroom, three bedrooms each with two queen beds, and a ground-floor double bedroom.
Included are individual central A/C units, cable TV, and rain showers in the bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor with an ocean view and terrace, king bed, and indoor/ outdoor shower. Three of the double-bed bedrooms are located on the upper level with ocean views and terraces. There is also a movie room with a huge flat-screen TV.
Grace Bay Ocean Villa AWA blends uber-contemporary European luxury with a warmth rarely seen in modern architecture. Native stonework, locally milled woodwork and cabinetry, custom ceramics, marble elements, and unique wallpaper finishes create the perfect balance between contemporary and comfort.
Beautiful water features act in harmony with the tradewinds to cool the space while the inside blends seamlessly with the oceanfront surroundings. Outdoor lounging is enhanced by a native landscape palate, sunken fireside seating, a hot tub and deck fringed with palm trees, in-pool loungers, and a beachside deck with hammocks. Kayaks and paddleboards are provided, along with pool floats, snorkeling equipment, and bicycles.
