Located in Long Bay on the southeast coast of Providenciales, this extra special villa boasts panoramic views, soft sands and striking sunsets on the doorstep. Long Bay sits on the shallow, sheltered Caicos Banks, so it avoids the larger ocean‑swell waves seen on the island’s north and west coasts.

* Blackout & restrictions may apply
**The check-in time is 15:00hrs and checkout time is 11:00hrs.
Guests who wish to depart after or before these times are advised to extend their stay at time of booking. Applicable per day rates may apply.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate early arrivals and late departures subject to availability
Payment Policy:
* Full payment is required 65 days prior to arrival for all stays between January 5 and December 18.
* Required a full pre-payment for each booking ninety (90) days prior to guests’ arrival for booking Holiday period December 19 – January 3
*Reservations that are not fully paid by the due date will be cancelled.
Note:
** December arrivals not staying for the new year period, must depart on or before December 27, 2026
** There is a 10 night minimum stay for all arrivals on December 24, 2026 and December 25, 2026
