#315 is a beautiful, light, bright, spacious 2 Bedroom 2 Bath 3rd Floor Condominium with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. One of the closer units to the water, it's quiet location offers privacy and very close access to stairs, elevator and most importantly, the beach ! For an added degree of comfort and safety, after Covid, a new induct Mercury free home air purification system was installed to provide the cleanest indoor air possible.

It's just a few miles from Mote Marine, St. Armand's Circle and the popular historic Bridge Street area on Anna Maria Island. Boat and bike rentals, kayak tours. parasailing, golf, fishing and so much more are all nearby. For meals, Publix Market is just down the street or choose to dine at a wide array of restaurants right here on the Key including a beach bar and fine dining right next door at the Zota Beach Resort.

We loved our stay. Clean room, nice room, no issues other than the toilet handles stuck a bit and the master bed made too much noise while sleeping. We love this place and will stay again!

This was our second time staying in unit #315We absolutely love it! This was our 4th time staying at the Sand Cay Beach Resort. It’s a convenient location right on the Gulf of Mexico!

With the understanding that the property is used mostly as a rental, for the price we would expect a better decor and more comfortable mattresses. The office manager was kind enough to get pillow top, but even then one of the guests was better off sleeping on the sofa. Workmanship on laminate floors was sloppy. Have been staying at this resort for over 25 years.
