Our unit at Sand Cay was perfect!!! Unit was nicely decorated and very well equipped! The unit was most importantly clean. The view from our unit was fabulous. The grounds at Sand Cay are beautiful. The pool is nicely maintained and beach access is easy.

We rented two incredible condos for our large family. This condo includes a limited view of the gulf from the patio and a full view of the pool and shuffleboard court area. If you have tweens, this is a great condo to keep an eye on them no matter which direction they go. This condo also has a very well appointed kitchen, with all the pots, pans, small appliances, and even some ziploc bags, foil, Saran Wrap, spices, sugar, extra coffee and tea (December 2023) that you might need for your stay.

The unit was clean with a pretty well stocked kitchen. Only complaints would be broken TV and internet along with a strong sulphur odor in the master bath sink.
