An absolute gem of a place. The hosts are clearly putting a lot of effort in making the stay an enjoyable experience, we felt very well cared for! This is not your usual hotel stay, the accommodation features a lot of stairs and mill equipment. Everything is kept as clean as possible given that it really is a working mill and the river has a sandy shore. The bedroom had air conditioning and very comfortable mattresses. The downstairs living area was a bit hot, but we just brought our meals outside which was much more pleasant. The kitchenette has minimal equipment (a fridge, a microwave and a capsule coffee machine), which is enough for a light meal. We were provided with ample towels (very useful for kayaking) and fresh cuttlery and plates as needed. The absolute highlight is the option to borrow kayaks or bikes. We went out kayaking twice during the day and saw plenty of wild birds despite kids making excited noises all the way. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind the unusual setting and wants to take a break close to nature :)

We got bitten by midges, remember your bug spray!

L'accueil du propriétaire qui nous a fait visité son moulin, qui nous a parlé des oiseaux visibles autour du Moulin ( martin pêcheur, Héron cendré .. ). Le calme de l'endroit - les grenouilles coassent très fort mais c'est ça la nature. .

un cadre exeptionelle l aceuil

j'ai apprécié le réfrigérateur ainsi que l'appareil pour faire du café (capsules sucre et tasses disponibles)

trop petit lavabo... pour remplir la bouilloire pas facile !!! la porte de la chambre ne se ferme pas à clé.... intérieure seulement une chaine de sécurité.
