Paikat vähän kuluneet ,kosteusvaurioita alakerrassa. Pesuaineita ja -välineitä sekä papereita piti ostaa itse vaikka viikkohinta oli korkea.

Everything was good!

The location was absolutely fabulous. Only a few minutes from two of the best beaches on the Algarve, Trafal and Loule. We could take the kids down in the car already in their swimmies. 5 minutes to Marufos, the best chicken and chips in the Algarve. Easy 15 minute driver to Val de Lobo and Q.de Lobo for mini golf, breakfast at Kokos and sunbathing at The Shack. The villa is in a very quiet street surrounded by huge luxury villas so we only heard the birds! The villa itself is very spacious so as a party of 6 adults and 4 children, we always had places we could chill out. The kids loved the big garden, the trampoline and soccer net. The adults discovered their love of tennis on the well maintained tennis court.

We were very disappointed that the beds, apart from the master bedroom were only double sized (4ft 6") For the adults, they were very cramped. In particular, we only had one small synthetic pillow each. This made sleeping quite uncomfortable. The big gripe is a) NO swimming towels and b) NO no hairdriers! Luckily we have family who have a villa in Loule so we brought towels, pillows and hairdriers from their place. If we had come out directly from the UK we may have had to buy towels, pillows and a hairdrier and leave them behind. Not ideal if you are paying a 4 figure sum of money for a week's stay!

Amazing location, luxurious house

Don't go there in wintertime. The heaters in the house do not work, and the house is not well maintained. They heat with AC, but the remotes had empty batteries, and didnt work. No heat in the kitchen or any bathroom/toilet 2 doors sagged so much, that our kids couldn't open them and we couldnt use the rooms. One shower was clogged and flodded the entire bathroom. There was also not a lot of help from the property manager. It took days and many messages until they finally provided us with some electric heaters, to heat the freezing kitchen and bathrooms. But again: Location is great, and the house has a luxurious feeling to it
