L’emplacement, la beauté de la maison, cette villa dispose de 6 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain et son toilette
Les espaces sont magnifiques et la vue est sublime
La mer est en face on y va à pied
Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée
Et l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas les premiers jours donc pour des personnes âgées c’était un peu embêtant mais ils sont venu le réparer

the villa is amazing new and high class the view the pool and the rooms are great
the service was really bad we did not have hot water from Tuesday till Saturday when we asked to fix it they gave us annoying answer like turn on the boiler then they send someone that didn't fix it only after we really got angry the send a technician that fix it. more over the villa is supper new so it did not have basic stuff like enough toilet paper rag and soap for basic cleaning and when we asked for this kind of stuff they ignore us

The location of the property, and the size of the property
The service of the hosts was terrible.
I was extremely disappointed to arrive at the villa on 11/08 to find that the jacuzzi was not working and that contractors were in the process of repairing it after our check-in time.
They continued to work on the jacuzzi on 11/08 until 19:00, and again on 12/08 from 08:00 - until 19:00, and again on 14/08 from 08:00 until 11:00 when we checked-out.
For our entire stay at the villa, the jacuzzi was out of order and we were unable to use it. I have photos if you require.
The owners did not inform me that the villa jacuzzi would not be usable, and that we would have contractors in our space for our entire stay, despite me exchanging emails with them numerous times before arriving.
Maintenance of the villa should take place when guests are not staying there, or in the off-season (winter).
We had no privacy, as we were subjected to having 2-3 male workers working on the jacuzzi every day of our 3-day stay at the villa, which was uncomfortable and unfair.
Any guest staying in a luxury villa expects to have privacy and full use of the facilities that were advertised when making the booking for the villa.
I have taken the matter up with the owners, SkyPrime Villas, but they have ignored my complaint, and have not compensated me for the inconvenience.
