הבית מרווח ומספיק ל 6 נפשות ברווח. הבית פוטנציאל מפוספס - להיות מליון דולר. הבריכה גדולה החצר ענקית והחדרים מרווחים עם שרותים צמודים לכל חדר. והצוות היה קשוב לכל בקשה.

הבית היה בעבר מושלם. אבל יש הזנחה כללית של דברים ממש מציקים. לדוגמה: חלק מהוילונות רופפים. מנורה מהבהבת במטבח. אריחים מפורקים ברצפת הבריכה. חלק ממיטות השיזוף בלויות. כיסויי ספות מונחים ברישול. שער בכניסה לחניה שבור. דברים קטנים שיוצרים תחושה שמישהו השקיע השקעה ענקית כשבנה את הבית אבל פספס התחזוקה השוטפת וחבל.

We stayed at this villa in Ayia Napa for three nights at the end of April as a group of seven, and overall had a really great experience. The villa made a strong first impression — it’s genuinely beautiful, spacious, and very well set up for a group stay. The open layout worked perfectly for us, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The location is also ideal: just a 5-minute drive into Ayia Napa central, so close enough for convenience but still quiet and private. The outdoor area was a real highlight. The pool, hot tub, ping-pong table, and barbecue setup (with its own sink and kitchen space) made it easy to spend most of our time outside. It felt like the villa was designed for socialising, which suited our group perfectly. On the plus side, we felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. Check-in was straightforward with a lockbox, and although the villa was slightly tricky to locate initially, the host provided clear instructions which helped. Overall, a great stay and a solid choice for a group trip — especially if you’re looking for a spacious villa for a good price, with good amenities and a convenient location.

There were a few minor downsides worth noting. In some areas, there are small signs of wear and tear, and we did notice occasional sewage smells from the plumbing in one of the toilets. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, but something the host could improve.

The villa is good. You have everything what you need there.

La ville n’était pas parfaitement propre et quelques équipements étaient manquants, nous avons essayer de contacter l’équipe de la villa mais sans aucune réponse et ça pendant 4 jours !
