Agriturismo Margione

This is a very special place. We only stayed 3 nights but wish we had booked for 7. Set in a converted dairy farm, the rooms are spacious, cool and comfortable. The pool is glorious - large, salinated and with a beautiful view. There were lots of parasols and sunbeds and well as an elevated area to eat picnic lunches, play cards or chill in the hammock. However the highlight was our wonderful hostess who we conversed with via Google translate and spoilt us with wonderful, authentic Italian breakfasts and dinners. It is incredibly good value and a great place to explore the Baroque cities of Ragusa and Modica. Thank you so much for a wonderful and peaceful stay!

Breakfast was good and the pool is amazing.

The only problem was the wifi. You have to go to certain place to have good wifi.

Beautiful pool and location! The room and facilities were impeccably clean. A good breakfast was offered of juice, coffee, croissants and other pastries, cheese and ham. Beautiful little kittens near our room entrance. Lovely staff.

The property is quite remote, down a bumpy road, so factor this into your driving time if you are out exploring Sicily.

Struttura immersa nella natura molto tranquilla e accogliente.Vi sono in tutto quattro camere che si affacciano in un ampio cortile tipico siciliano. Le camere sono molto pulite e comode. In una zona sottostante la struttura principale vi è una meravigliosa piscina a sfioro in cui si possono ammirare alberi di carrubo e olive. Un plauso ai proprietari la signora Chiara e il signor Giorgio che ci hanno accolto con la tipica accoglienza siciliana. Colazione e pranzo preparato con prodotti di loro produzione. Dalla struttura è facile raggiungere Modica,Scicli, Ispica e Ragusa. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
