BOUGAINVILLEA VILLA is a one room 320 square feet studio apartment located at Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas).

Bougainvillea Villa is located on the second floor and has one queen bed with a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender (there is no stove) and a private bathroom.
There is also a beautiful French balcony which overlooks our lush tropical gardens. Bougainvillea Villa is ideal for couples or singles and is great value, making for an ideal choice.
Air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, local calls, daily fresh towels and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge.
Bougainvillea Villa is located amongst tropical, landscaped gardens beside one of the centrally located swimming pools.
There is beach access from the villa, which is just a few steps away to our private beach on the Atlantic Ocean.
Our street is a quiet residential road. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it.
You simply cross the narrow road to go "through our own direct beachfront property". An exclusive stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean.
Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please.
Sarah and I live on island full time. We're always here to help and answer any questions you may have.
Our on site team will take wonderful care of you, but if for any reason they are unable to help - we're just a phone call away.
We provide you with a local cell phone so you can reach out to us whenever you need, or indeed make local calls to make dinner reservations etc.
We can assist with securing dinner reservations, booking excursions etc.
Our villas are just a short ride away from Providenciales International Airport.
If you decide to hire a car we can provide you with simple driving directions. It will not take more than 10 minutes from leaving the airport to reach our villas. You'll be on the beach in no time!
Alternatively you can catch a taxi from the airport to the villas. We recommend Glorias taxi and you can pre book your transfer with them prior to your arrival. We will provide you all the necessary details upon making are reservation with us.
Turtle Cove is a quiet residential area - with all the amenities of the busier Grace Bay area.
We are located on the western end of Grace Bay Beach - you can walk from our villas all the way through Grace Bay to Leeward. You get the luxury of the most beautiful beach in the world...without any crowds!
Located within walking distance the is the Turtle Cove Marina which is home to many of the water sports providers (we recommend Islands Vibes), a car rental company (Scooter Bobs) and several restaurants (Mango Reef, Sharkbite, The Naughty Gull, Simones, Tiki Hut, Magnolia & More).
Nothing is very far in Providenciales! Its very easy to get around.
Please remember that we drive on the left!
If you need direction to anywhere in particular - just ask, we pretty much know every last inch of the island and can ensure you get to your destination with ease.

Excellent accommodations with pool, short walk to beach and reefs, mini fridge, and well decorated room. The hosts were great at allowing us to check-in early though communication while there was tougher. Luz was so helpful when we locked ourselves out of the safe accidentally. We were thrilled to find that we had access to kayaks, life vests, snorkels goggles and flippers. Overall excellent stay and just what we needed!!

Great location to the beach, quiet, clean and the host and staff were very communicative and pleasant. I’d definitely recommend. The location to the reef means you don’t even have to book an excursion to get out to the reefs. It’s literally right at the beach access.

Short walk to beach and beach was excellent. No hotels close so very secluded and always had a chairs and umbrella available each morning thru day. Short walk to best snorkeling on island!!!

The overall Villas property (4 units in total) is very nice. We enjoy the more private rental properties versus the high rise types. And our primary criteria is cleanliness and functionality. The Bougainvillea Villa is clean but lacks functionality. For example, the 'kitchenette' isn't a true kitchenette and is not functional. The coffee pot and microwave are connected via a power strip. The microwave disables the power strip (turns off) after 30 seconds. It is necessary to turn the power strip back on for each 30 second interval. Trying to make tea was a hard and timely chore. The dresser is used as kitchenette storage and is provided with dishes, utensils, and glassware. You can only use these essentials if you bring carryout back to the Villa as the electrical/power strip does not work to even heat up any produce. The TV only worked a couple of times for maybe 30 minutes each. We are not big TV program watchers other than would have liked to have seen the news in the mornings. The screen was always muddled/blurred. So this Villa overall is more of a large hotel room. The groundskeepers and housekeeping staff were great as they were very welcoming and conversational.
