Modern Comfortable Townhouse - Spectacular Location - Steps Away from the Beach.
Welcome to Bijou, an exquisite gem well deserving of the name. A comfortable, modern home at a spectacular location, steps away from the beach and a short stroll from five of Provo's popular dining spots: Mango Reef, Magnolia, Baci, Simones & Shark Bites. This 2-storey home is in excellent condition and has tastefully selected interior. It has everything you could want for your everyday needs.
The home has two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms; a perfect, affordable vacation package for honeymooners, a pair of couples, or a small family. The premium suite features a king bed, a flat screen TV, balcony, double closet, nice ensuite bath with 2-sink granite countertop vanity, and frameless glass shower stall. The west suite has two twin beds, two double closets, a full ensuite bath with bathtub, and modern vanity with granite countertop.
The main level has a two-piece bath through the entrance hall. Large, open concept living/dining room. It overlooks the kitchen with granite countertop, stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar. The adjoining large, screened terrace is the perfect place to start your morning with a coffee or end the evening with a glass of wine; the view of the lush backyard is amazing throughout the day, and a light breeze makes it even more pleasant. The garden offers complete privacy, perfect for lounging and grilling with convenient access to the amenities. Following a charming path through the lush greenery you will come out to a spacious shared pool complete with a cabana overlooking the canal. It is a perfect spot for cocktails or an alfresco lunch.
Bijou is ideally located for those who may not want to rent a car for all stay and want optimal access to the beach. A spectacular long shoreline makes this beach a real gem. Stroll, read and swim to your hearts content. See photo for beach directions. The House is walking distance to Smith's Reef which is a great snorkeling point where you will find turtles, manta-rays and many other fish. The grocery store and wine cellar are few minutes drive from the property.

Starter size amenities provided as a courtesy at the time of your arrival only, such as toilet paper, paper towel, sponge, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and soap.
ARRIVAL: For your arrival, unless you are coming in at night, you will be sent directions to the villa and a meeting time will be arranged at the villa, the whole confirmed in writing.
For night arrivals and you have rented a car, you will be met at the airport with the arrival agent holding a sign bearing your name. The agent will lead the way to the villa as you follow by rental car.
For night arrival and you are taking a taxi, please provide the taxi driver with the written directions received. You will be met at the villa for welcome and orientation at the time agreed upon in writing.
CHECK-IN: 4:00 p.m. - Early check-in is not available unless provided in writing by prior agreement with the villa manager. Due to the popularity of the Villa, there are usually departures and arrivals on the same day. We suggest you arrange flight arrivals to coincide with check-in time where possible. If you find yourself with additional time prior to check-in, this is an ideal time to explore the island, grab a bite to eat, do some grocery shopping, or indulge in a spa treatment.
No smoking inside the house.
Cleaning fee is $200 for stays of 7 nights or longer. Villa is cleaned before and after your stay. Additional maid service optional and available on request for additional cost.
50% is due at the time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival on island
Garden service and pool service once per week
Children of all ages are welcome
Air con is optional: It is metered and charged at the going island rate during the time of your stay. Meters are read on your arrival and departure. The charge is comprised of the base rate, coupled with an additional fuel factor that fluctuates monthly. You can check the website of Fortis TCI to learn what it is while here.

It was amazing and Ms. Judy was so pleasant and accommodating!!! She definitely made the check in and out extremely easy and warm. Me and my brother enjoyed this trip for sure. We will be back!

The location is terrific for those wishing to be close to attractions but not in the thick of it. Condo and grounds are well kept. Pool is great as is the access to the canal. We loved drinking coffee and watching the birds, sea turtles and fish from the dock. Short walk to the beach with everything you need. Smith reef is right off the beach. Bring your mask and snorkel and in less than ten minutes from the condo you can be in the water with the tropical fish! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Very clean with lovely decor. Original artwork is a nice touch. Well equipped kitchen and grill saves on dining out costs. Lovely island breeze flows right through the condo. Sunny and quiet pool area and a short walk to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were there for the entire month of June, 2019 and the condo was very clean and just what was in the pictures that we received. Judy was very attentive for any request we made which was the pool was turning green after the rains and she was on it within 10 minutes. Enjoyed the location for all beaches and restaurants and activities. Only thing I would change is you comment on walking to the beach is incorrect, it is minimum 15 minutes and if you are taking items to the beach is too far to walk but if you drive from the condo to the closest place to park then you only have 4 minutes to walk.I know you pointed out the cost for A/C but at night you need the A/C for Americans to be comfortable and the extra cost of $276 for the month I think should be abourbed by the owner cause I have rented many places all over the world and don't think this should be to our cost. We shut off the A/C during the day and only used it in the evening and we also closed the windows as asked when the rains came and it is very warm even with the fans running. We loved the condo as well as the other 3 couples that visited and would like to come back.
