About this cottage rental
Accommodation
Old traditional Mallorcan house renovated with saltwater pool and native forest area. Located in a very quiet and private area. Ideal for a family holiday surrounded by nature.
Located 5 km from the town of Porto Cristo, 8 km from Manacor and a few minutes from the main beaches in the east.
Availability for 5 people. The house has 170 m2 habitable distributed on two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room of 46 m2 with decorative fireplace, satellite TV and living area, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with its own bathroom and a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The upper floor, with sloping ceilings, has a double room with its own bathroom and study area.
Large outdoor terrace of 180 m2 with porch and solarium area, pool area and barbecue.
With space for parking and garage.
Services and common areas
It has free and unlimited WIFI, satellite TV, radio and barbecue. We provide you with towels, bedding, cot and baby chair. The rooms have heating devices and fans. The living room has a wood burning fireplace.

We receive the guests and they will be able to permanently contact the owners as they will be provided with the mobile phone numbers and email address, in order to meet any need.
The neighborhood
The town of Porto Cristo is 5 km away. There you can find hospital, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, shops, bars, restaurants, in addition to the world famous Caves of Drach and Hams. Different sea excursions can be made daily at the port.
A few minutes from the farm are several beaches such as Cala Anguila, Cala Mandia, Romantic Beach or the unspoiled beach of Cala Varques.
Traveling about 15 km. You can visit the beaches of Sa Coma, Cala Millor and the nature reserve of Sa Punta de n'Amer, where you can make excursions on foot, by bicycle or on horseback.
For those who wish to practice golf, they have several courses such as Pula Golf, Costa de los Pinos or Vall d'Or, all of them less than 30 minutes from the farm.
How to move
We recommend renting a car and moving around the island.
In Porto Cristo you can also find a bus station that connects with any point of tourist interest on the island.
In Manacor, 8 km from the farm is the train station.

Die Finca ist ein perfekter Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub! Wer ABSOLUTE RUHE sucht ist hier genau richtig! Die Finca ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Es wurde auch nicht an der Ausstattung gespart - die Betten sich gut, Bettwäsche und Handtücher duften ganz wunderbar, es gibt tolle Gartenmöbel, einen Gasgrill, alles war sauber. Wir haben uns sofort rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse mit Ausblick und dem Salzwasserpool ist ein Traum! Margalinda hat uns sehr nett empfangen, alles hat problemlos geklappt! Ein Perfekter Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
P.S.: Ein Auto ist natürlich erforderlich! Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Porto Cristo sind ca. 6km entfernt.

Voor de liefhebbers van rust en ruimte is dit huis een aanrader! Lekker ruim en gelegen aan een weg waar soms de hele dag geen enkele auto langs komt. Heerlijk zwembad en een prachtig uitzicht maken het genieten compleet.
De eigenares stond ons op te wachten en was ontzettend vriendelijk.
Er is zelfs een garage(tje) waar je de auto kan parkeren. Dit hoeft niet want het terrein is zeer groot. Palma de Mallorca ligt op zo'n 50 Km en er zijn een aantal zeer fijne standen in de buurt.
Een auto is een must, er is geen openbaar vervoer in de buurt.
Het huis is voorzien van wasmachine, ventilatoren, BBQ (gas), een goed ingerichte keuken en een heerlijk grote veranda.
Let op; er is geen airco, maar het huis zelf is redelijk koel en er is in elke slaapkamer een ventilator.
