Only a few minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Cala Mendia and Cala Anguila ,our beautiful villa bring you everything you are looking for a wonderful holiday .Located in a small quiet and secure complex,the villa spread over 2 levels will seduce you.

-3 bedrooms with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool on the lower floor.
The bright living room with designer furniture and tastefully decorated offers a large living area with Tv ( satellite channels and WiFi)and fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet complete this floor.
The balcony,where you can take your meals ,will offer you a clear view of the nature and it is with happiness that you will admire the sunset.
The bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
2 bedrooms with king size beds including a master suite and a third bedroom with a single bed ( possibility of 2 beds.)
A second bathroom and a laundry room are also located on this lower floor.( a baby cot can be installed on request).
The garden bordered by a hedge of trees and bougainvillea invites you to relax.Afternoon swimming and barbecue evenings in a bucolic setting.
The villa is equipped with a reversible air conditioning .
The modern and quality equipment make this villa an ideal place for holidays with family or friends.
You will be greeted on arrival by the caretaker.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa, it had everything we needed, fantastic pool, peaceful at night and 2 great beaches within walking distance.
