Modern finca near the beach. Finca El Huerto is located just outside Porto Cristo and features modern, high-quality furnishings. High ceilings, beautiful lighting, and large windows create a very pleasant atmosphere. The sandy beach at Cala Anguila is only about 1.7 kilometers away.
Finca El Huerto is located about 1.7 kilometers from Cala Anguila, in eastern Mallorca. The nearest restaurant is within easy walking distance. There are several small sandy coves and vacation resorts nearby. Porto Cristo is about 2.5 kilometers away. Cala Anguila has two sandy beaches, small supermarkets, shops for daily necessities, and a few restaurants and cafés. Porto Cristo offers good shopping, larger supermarkets, and a beautiful marina. The promenade features a number of seafood restaurants, other dining options, boutiques, and cafés. Manacor is about 13 km away. Mallorca’s third-largest city boasts a beautiful downtown area with a pedestrian zone, a market hall, boutiques, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets.
The east coast features many small coves that are especially fun to explore by boat. There is a boat rental service in Porto Cristo, for example. Several golf courses are easily accessible by car.

The finca includes a fenced-off area where the owner keeps chickens—a dream for children. There is also a fruit and vegetable garden on the property. Both are located behind the house. On the spacious, open-concept first floor, guests have access to a generous living/dining room with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with built-in closets, and 3 bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is located on a loft and opens onto the living area. This bedroom has its own terrace with a distant view of the sea. The house has both air conditioning and underfloor heating and is habitable year-round.

A dining table, lounge area, and a large BBQ area with a countertop and sink make spending time outdoors a delight. The finca includes a fenced-in area where the owner keeps chickens—a dream for children. A fruit and vegetable garden is also located on the property. Both are located in the area behind the house. Depending on the season, the owner treats guests to homegrown fruits and vegetables.
Children are welcome; a crib and a high chair are available free of charge.

Bernardo is an excellent host; the property has been beautifully finished inside and out, and equipped to the highest standard. On arrival, the property was spotlessly clean, and the little treats provided for us were wonderfully tasty.
Furnishings are clean and of good quality, and the finca is very well equipped, both inside and out.
We're very familiar with the area, with various family combinations having holidayed in the area for over 30 years; this is definitely the best property we have experienced.
