Der var to toaletter med varme i setene og spylefunksjon. Huset var rent. En stor seng med plass til to voksne. Beliggenhet nær kjøpesenter og praktisk busslinje 202. Rimelig med taxi til Kyoto station. God skapplass/oppbevaring på det ene soverommet. Lett og rask kommunikasjon på e-post med utleier. God wifi.
Vi var der i desember og det var veldig kaldt i 1.etasje. Vanskelig å få opp temperaturen. Kald sanitæravdeling. Godt og varmt i 2.etasje, så vi oppholdt oss der om kvelden. Veldig bratt trapp opp og ned. Lite privatliv, man bør kjenne hverandre godt. 7 personer var litt for mange. Beliggenhet i enkelt strøk, se foto av utsikt.

リフォームされていること。 スペースが広いこと。
管理が杜撰です、暗証番号の伝え間違い すみませんの一言もなし。 部屋の中でムカデ？数匹。 立地的に夜バイク、ゴミ収集車？ 大通りも近く騒音がひどい。 また、駐車場あり記載 車道にはみ出てる。 道路交通法は大丈夫なのか？
