It was very clean. I think they cleaned the bathrooms every day. I liked the matresses and slept comfortable with the mattresses.
You can easily walk around quiet streets and walk towards some nice restaurants and bars!
Somehow there was a bad smell when you enter the room every time (not coming from us as it was there the first time). However, the AC will get rid of the smell.

The rooms and shared spaces were nice and clean.
The staff is only on site from 9am to 12am. I tried to message them several times both through booking.com and WhatsApp regarding bike rental and luggage storage. However, I didn’t receive any replies. If you want to do your laundry it is really expensive 2000 JPY for one wash+dryer.
Our room had a really strong smell of perfume and even after staying there for three nights with open windows we couldn’t get rid of it.
