Property was very clean and near a Lawsons convenience store. The staff were chill and kind.

Paid 2,000¥ for washing and drying my clothes.

The room is so big, and I felt like the place has everything that you need, all is clean and in order. It also has a kitchen if you want to cook. Thank you!

The property is situated in a quiet calm residential neighborhood its a 7 min walk from Tambaguchi station , Family mart and Fresho 24/7 open is just a 3 mins walk from the property. there will be noone at the reception and everything is online checkin ,the property will send a detailed process and online procedure for check in process with the main door always open and door key will be in your room door and an envelop cover for the city tax collection and the same has to be dropped in a collection box kept on the receptiontable .They have a full fledged kitchen with cutleries utensils, refrigerator to store purchased foods kitchennete with basic things utensils cofee, sugar , salt and oil is provided, water heater kettle , microwave oven bread toaster, Dining table, they provide free umberellas, toiletries. The locality is calm and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. wifi was fast. Air driers wash basins were prick and clean .There is also a FAMILY MART STORE with fruits vegetables fresh and precooked foods and a lot more just the adjacent building as you step out. Over all its a great location and a peaceful stay on a budget. A towel and blanket is provided. We statyed for 3 nights. The japanese tatami mat flooring was nice and our room was spacious and good ventilation air con was effective, futon beds was comfortable. The staff communicates effectively and promptly to my request and query messages . They provide free umberallas for use and return. Additional Accommodation tax: 200 yen per person per night, They have even electric and normal bicycles for rent.

Batrooms are too small, you ve to stand stiff and cant even bend down to rub your knees or feet.

The rooms and shared spaces were nice and clean.

The staff is only on site from 9am to 12am. I tried to message them several times both through booking.com and WhatsApp regarding bike rental and luggage storage. However, I didn’t receive any replies. If you want to do your laundry it is really expensive 2000 JPY for one wash+dryer. Our room had a really strong smell of perfume and even after staying there for three nights with open windows we couldn’t get rid of it.
