Ruim appartement, werkelijk alles is aanwezig, fijn zwembad, schoon en rustig complex. Ons contactpersoon was Jorge en hij heeft ons super geholpen tot aan boeken van de boottrip, zeker een aanrader want hij checkt wanneer de zee het rustigst is.

Ulbu kent wat hoogteverschillen en het complex ligt boven op de berg. Alles is op loopafstand, de haven, old town, restaurants, maar terug naar het appartement is een uitdaging, een taxi is zeker een aanrader, kost slechts €5 en dat is incl . fooi 😉

I have to say the property manager Miguel Rodrigues stood out from the moment I booked the apartment. He responded to my questions quickly, was able to answer all my questions in great detail and it was obvious he would go above and beyond in customer service. We had a big delay arriving in Faro and he helped / saved us from being stuck there at 11PM. The apartment looked exactly as it was in the photos so no surprises upon arrival , it was very clean and despite not being ocean front there is a view of it and you can watch the sunset from the balcony.

The apartment is tired, the furniture is getting old , we added cushions to the couch where we sat, the tables are showing wear some of the utensils could use an upgrade. It is basic and for a long term renter could do with a few more comforts. However Miguel did say anything we need please call him and I’m sure if we asked he would have exchanged things. I know he did for another client , they can’t know what is needed if we don’t ask. The apartment is up above the old town so be prepared to walk hills. I did not mind I considered it my work out my husband who goes to the gym regularly did not enjoy the extra workout.

The property was excellent .

It was a bit too far from Albuferia, had to get a taxi every day.

Apartment very nice. Quiet area

Didn’t like the position of the property. Too far away from town. Very hilly so not for the not so fit to walk up or down to town.
