Incredible staff 😁 great pool nothing was a problem always felt at home. Quite an accomplishment. Lovely family vibe and you can tell the staff enjoy working at the establishment. The restaurant was fantastic we ate 3x at dinner and is the pick of the crop close by :) we will be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a true Zakynthos experience :D it is the people you remember at any hotel and people are our most important asset especially in this increasingly digital age

The hosts are exceptionally friendly and make you feel very welcome. The whole hotel is spotless - not only the room but the pool area gets cleaned every day. We loved to hang out around the pool!!

The breakfast is okay but we would have loved fresh fruits. Be aware that the neighborhood is very lively and it’s very loud until late.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to George’s exceptional attentiveness and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, George went above and beyond, starting with a generous room upgrade that made my stay even more comfortable. Throughout my visit, his thoughtful service extended to the restaurant, where every detail was perfectly managed, making dining a true pleasure. To top it all off, George kindly offered a very late checkout, which was incredibly convenient and appreciated. His dedication truly enhanced my experience, and I can’t recommend this hotel—and George’s outstanding service—enough!
