Travelling from Palermo, we decided on a quick stopover in Cefalo: Beautiful place, beautiful people, beautiful host.
I only wish we had more time there. Granita and Canolo were amazing.
Will come back again.

The rooms were ultra modern with easy access. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to the beach. The old town was about 10-15 min walk away.
I probably would have preferred to stay in the old town for wandering and restaurants.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of the historic town center. Since it was so hot during the time I was there, the walk felt a bit longer than I would have liked, but it was still manageable.
The room was spotless and thoughtfully equipped, including beach umbrellas for guests to use. Check-in was smooth, and the host was welcoming and helpful throughout the process.
The walls felt a bit thin, as I could hear a baby crying nonstop in the afternoon and evening. That said, this is clearly no fault of YEASY. Also bring earplugs since the area is quieter, you can hear the cars pass by and the refrigerator motor is loud.
The pillows were quite firm and high for my personal preference, but that comes down to individual comfort.
The elevator was not working for access to the first floor, although this did not cause any major inconvenience during my stay.

The room was perfect as photographed. Easy self check in and good location. Parking is available 4-5 minutes walk from the location. Breakfast was good. Frederico made us feel welcome and even supplied umbrellas for you to use on the beach. Bed was comfortable however I have to report that myself and my partner were bitten by bed bugs. I thought it was mosquitoes at first (even though we didn’t see any in our room) however after our two nights there… my partner’s back was covered in bed bug bites!

Such a shame because it would have been perfect but I have never experienced bed bugs before. If he can get this sorted before other guests stay, it would be perfect.
